You may never have thought about it, but taking some time out for self-care whilst on holiday can be a delightful experience that will help you recharge your batteries and find peace of mind, leaving you with a real sense of well-being. That’s why we decided to create the “Harmony Body & Mind” wellness centre.
It is available to everyone, but especially to mums who need to get back into shape or who love to take special care of their bodies and treat themselves to a moment of relaxation with a proper massage or beauty treatment, now that they have a little more time to devote to themselves whilst on holiday.
On the Terrace, a large hot tub nestled amongst the pine trees offers a peaceful place to unwind. Our qualified staff will be able to offer you a range of personalised beauty treatments and massages for facial and body care.
Our Harmony Body & Mind Wellness Centre offers the following facilities:
- Finnish sauna.
- Aromatic Turkish bath.
- Sensory showers.
- Ice waterfall.
- Outdoor Jacuzzi.
- Indoor and outdoor relaxation area with herbal tea room.
Rules and regulations:
- Admission: €15 per person.
- Admission restricted to adults aged 18 and over.
- Opening hours: from 13:00 to 21:00.
- Massages / Treatments available on request / by appointment (subject to a fee).
